Adam C. Smith began his journey in the building industry through real estate. He started off as a sales agent. He became a broker at the age of 25. He ventured off to establish Everview Homes in 2011. During the 2008 House Crashing, Adam found himself expanding his knowledge of residential construction. His company has now expanded to 20-25 Employees, with over 30 Vendors.

Everview Homes celebrated their 10 Year Anniversary last year. It was incorporated in 2011, built by Adam C. Smith. It started off as production homes only, rapidly venturing off to building custom homes.
