All entries are due Tuesday, April 28, 2025. (extended from April 1st)
The Summit Awards were created in 1985 by the Greater San Antonio Home Builders Association. The prestigious Summit Award is given to builder, remodeler, developer and associate members who have achieved excellence in the home building industry.
There are 117 types of entries for members to enter that include Promotional, Product and Personal Achievement categories.
Entries are based on activity from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024.
NEW! Submit at least 10 entries to become a Summit Star!
Summit Stars are part of the new "Summit Awards Master Class". Each qualifying company will VIP seating location at the Summit Awards event (tickets must still be purchased), a special bottle of Champagne for the table and will be recognized with a special toast during the event.
GRAND AWARDS Eligibility- Volume and Custom Builders submitting four or more entries will be eligible to win a Grand Award for the most winning entries! Remodelers and Associates submitting two or more entries will be eligible to win a Grand Award for the most winning entries!
Award winners will be announced and honored at the 2025 Summit Awards ceremony on August 7, 2025. Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in San Antonio’s most exciting industry event.
