Our History

A graduate in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 1994, Trey Garner launched his company in Austin in 1998, expanded to San Antonio in 2004; and made it his home. While Trey’s experience is largely in the custom home market, his beginnings were with large commercial projects, offering greater perspective to the project management aspect of building. Trey personally meets with clients throughout the process and visits & inspects all homes in progress, supporting the construction team. Trey lives in Boerne with his wife, Leah, and daughters, Grace and Lily.

The Garner Homes team has melded the classic and beloved architectural styles found throughout the Hill Country into their Parade of Homes submission. The creative blend of soft stucco, painted brick, and paint grip steel siding, paired with clean roof lines and large windows extend a dramatic welcome to its guests. The entry of the home is set with steel windows and doors. High ceilings strike a grand chord immediately and follow through to the main area of the home, outfitted with as much glass as possible to soak in the distant Hill Country views.

The interior décor is meant to echo the home’s architectural lines – sturdy but subtle furnishings without frill or unnecessary appointment. Silvery hides will set atop the home’s White Oak flooring, and both the indoor and outdoor living spaces will be warmed by elegant lines of fire – an impressive 72″ linear fireplace inside and an unobtrusive linear fire table outside.

This American Transitional home has approximately 3,222 square feet of conditioned living space which offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office, and a three-car garage.
