Our History
Dale Sauer Homes, established in March, 1999, builds 10-12 custom homes per year all over San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels and the hill country. Our philosophy is still today as it was in 1999, listen to the clients, provide them with a professional and enjoyable building experience while producing high level quality homes of beauty.
About the Builder
Dale Sauer spent three years in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne 17h Calvary before entering into the residential construction industry joining Acme Brick for five years selling, servicing, and estimating for one third of the builders in San Antonio. He left and began a career with Gino Guido Lumber, Inc., for the next four years selling and estimating lumber for again, one third of the builders in San Antonio. He was recruited to join one of the large custom builders, Vintage Homes, as their VP of Construction where he spent the next seven years building 18-20 custom homes per year learning the hands on side of custom homes and winning numerous Parade of Homes awards! In 1999, Dale Sauer decided to create Dale Sauer Homes building three homes the first year, and currently building 10-12 homes per year.
