The Booth Family began its fascination with architecture and home building in 1959 when Lloyd Booth and a gentleman who wanted to develop land started the company with a $10,000 note and hope for the American dream. Today, Prestige Homes continues to thrive in its second generation, which is now being operated by his son, Todd Booth, who maintains the family tradition of building luxury homes with pride and integrity.
Prestige Homes is the oldest locally-owned and operated homebuilder in and around San Antonio. The business has changed over the years with new products and materials, but the way the customer is treated is the same: with honesty, respect and integrity. Today, Todd Booth and John Brown (COO) offer personalized services that set Prestige Homes apart; with a private showroom and licensed interior designer to assist in making selections, to trade relations that are generations’ old.
